We marked the start of Anti-bullying week today by wearing our odd socks and celebrating our individuality!
In RHE, we practised working together and communication to build different towers! It was super challenging as we weren’t allowed to touch the cups.
Tonight in Drama Club, we created some improvisation scenes in an activity called park bench. The children came up with some creative characters including: a purple monster, who hates yoghurts and a character who could only say ‘Bob’. Next week, we shall be be working on some group scenarios.
Year 6 went to Rochdale football stadium for a day with Crucial Crew to learn about safety. This involved four presentations: the police, the transport police, metrolink and well-being. Children learnt various facts, information and strategies about how to keep safe physically in society and mentally.
