In RHE, we have been learning about different feelings and emotions. We passed a teddy around our circle and we told the teddy how we are feeling today. We wrote down all of the feelings on the board and talked about how some feelings are good and some feelings are not so good. We then read ‘The Huge Bag of Worries’ by Virginia Ironside and discussed the feelings in the story and what the girl did to get rid of her worries. Each group got a different emotion picture and working as a team, they wrote down what they could do to make the person feel happy again. We had lots of ideas! Some of our ideas where to hug them, share our toys, tell them a joke, be their best friend etc.
