Today, class 11 had a very important mission. In our unit working scientifically, children had to create a parachute that would protect their egg from breaking. They had ten minutes to create the successful parachute, before we headed out to the playground to test their creations.

In Science, Class 11 are investigating different forces within their Working Scientifically unit. This week, we have explored the affect of friction. Class 11 planned and wrote up their experiment and were able to see that the more friction there was the slower an item moved.
