Spanish fiesta!

As we have been learning about Peru we had a Spanish themed morning today. We listened to Spanish music and had a go at flamenco dancing! We practised saying hello and goodbye in Spanish. Then we made some potatas bravas and paella and did some food tasting! 

Singing Challenge

This afternoon Class 3 have enjoyed taking part in a singing challenge. Different primary schools across greater Manchester have joined in with the singing challenge.  The children were very excited and enthusiastic about joining in with the challenge and felt apart of the community.

High School Musical

Auditions were held this afternoon for the main parts in our summer production High School Musical. Pupils from Years 5 & 6 worked hard learning lines and songs from the show for their audition. Magic beans?

We have been reading the story Jack and the beanstalk so we decided to plant some beans outside. Hopefully they will grow and who knows maybe we will get a beanstalk if we look after them well! Watch this space!
