We had a number of different creations in Class 5 today for the World Book Day competition. Entries included a giant beanstalk, a robot, homemade clay models of children’s favourite characters and a scene from Gigantosaurus! Well done to all children who participated!

We have begun making our Owl puppets this week using a running stitch to sew the pieces of felt together. Children worked very sensibly with their needle and thread and, despite finding the sewing a little tricky at first, perserved throughout ! Well done Class 5!
