Good morning Year 6! We hope you enjoyed your home learning and extra activities yesterday.

Here is a reminder of today’s tasks:

Reading book – 15 minutes

KS2 English SAT Buster 1 test per day

Grammar Book pages 26 – 27 Relative clauses

Power Maths page 9-10 Drawing shapes accurately

Use the discover guidance below if you need any help with your work.

History – Think about modern ways that crimes are prevented and detected. In your pack you will find a sheet. Label prevented or detected in each box. Then choose three of the cards that you know about and describe them in detail on the back of the worksheet.

Other ways to keep busy:
-Children can begin their morning with ‘Joe/The Body Coach’ who is posting live 30 minute PE lessons on YouTube every morning at 9am. Follow the link on his page: https://www.thebodycoach.com/blog/pe-with-joe-1254.html

This is a fun interactive workout to begin your day!

-Read a book with a younger sibling. You can model reading for them and they will love to hear a story.

– You can listen to a free audio story from David Williams every day! Today’s free story is ‘The Triple Triplets’. Click on this link to listen.
