Class 3 have enjoyed designing and painting their rocks! The children are going to hide the rocks in various parts of the local community and hopefully the person who finds the rocks will email us to tell us they have found them.
The Anti-Bullying Ambassadors have been working hard to ensure that children across the school know about bullying and the vital work that the anti-bullying ambassadors do across school. We are very proud of the broadbeans we have grown. Through carrying out our investigation we have found out that plants need soil, sun and water to grow.
Class 3 have done a fantastic special write today. They did a recount of their time at Formby beach using time connectives. All the children tried very hard and used wonderful adjectives. Well done Class 3!
This morning the children have enjoyed a fantastic session with the PE coaches. The children have been learning how to work as a team and how to cooperate.
On Friday we enjoyed a fantastic school summer fair in the beautiful sunshine. Mrs Lee did some wonderful face painting and Mrs Caulcutt made friendship bracelets with the children. Thank you to everyone who attended and a big thank you to the Friends of Harwood Park for arranging the event!
KS1 have had a fantastic day at Formby Beach! The children enjoyed exploring the beach and building sandcastles. Class 3 were very well behaved and made me very proud! Thank you to our parent helpers 🙂
Class 3 made Mrs Caulcutt and Mrs Lee very proud by delivering a fantastic assembly about what we have been learning. Thank you to all the parents, grandparents and carers that came to support Class 3.
