Sporting Superstars!

Class 8 had an amazing time at Sports Day, taking part in a range of different activities including an inflatable obstacle course and a space hopper race. Well done to everyone for your efforts and thank you to all of our friends and supporters who came to watch us.

A “jawsome” experience!!!

Class 8 enjoyed a wonderful school trip to the Blue Planet Aquarium yesterday. They were amazed by all of the fascinating creatures that they saw, especially the sharks. The children were a credit to Harwood Park with their impeccable behaviour all day. What was your favourite part of our trip?

Bonjour, ca va?

Class 8 have been learning French. We can say hello and ask each other how they are. The children loved using the new resources and singing the French songs. Ca va? Write your answer in French in the comments below!

Indonesian Masks!

As part of our learning about the firework-maker’s daughter, we have been studying traditional Indonesian art. The children were really interested in the masks and we decided to make our own. We used collage to create scary symmetrical masks. What do you think?

Board Game Designers!
