Class 14 today carried out a mini-investigation, looking at what happens to our hearts when we exercise and why. This follows on from our learning of the circulatory system.
Yesterday we were very lucky to have Scentific Sarah come into class 4 and teach us about different materials and how they react to each other. We looked at making eruption in 2 different ways and we also made slime. The children had a great time.
Year 5 thoroughly enjoyed yesterday’s Mad science workshop. We hadn’t the opportunity to put forces into action with rocket shipshape and paper aeroplanes! All the children commented on how enjoyable this experience was. Thank you Mr Bishop for inviting them into school!
