Hockey in PE
Year 5 have been enjoying learning new hockey skills and putting them in to practice during PE lessons with Mr Thomasson lately. This week the children were able to play matches outside on the new playground courts.

Class 9 are learning to play netball in PE this term. We have already been practising throwing, catching and shooting skills and over the next few weeks, we will be learning the positions and rules of High 5 netball.

After a break in the Spring term, Mr Stamp & Miss Wolf’s after school football club for Year 5 & 6 commenced again today. 15 boys are attending this half term and all were really keen to show new skills and improvements since we last got together.
Our new football kit (in our new uniform colours) arrived this week! It has been provided by The Premier League and Nike who run a kit scheme to provide schools with kits in a bid to encourage children to be more active. Roll on our next competition so we can Read more…
