Today, our digital leaders went to St Luke’s CE School to give their final presentation to the other digital leaders from around Heywood and Rochdale. They spoke clearly and confidently about what they had done this year and even got juice and biscuits! Well done to all of them.
Today in Computing , we have been researching Bletchley Park and the incredible things they did during World War Two. We looked at the code breaking skills of Joan Clarke and researched why Bletchley Park was significant to the outcome of the war.
This week in Computing, we began looking at animation. The children used 2Animate to create simple animations. They drew a picture then learnt how to copy it to a new frame so they could then add to or change it.

In Class 13 , we have started our new computing unit all about codes and ciphers that were used in the world wars. Class 13 had to decipher different challenges and create their own cipher, to see if that could test others in class.
