The Newsroom

This morning Class 13 transformed into a newsroom. The Year 6 children worked in pairs to produce the final draft of their news reports about Sandra Trickett and the Friends of Hopwood Park. Copies of their work will be available to read by the end of the week.

Photography Masterclass

The children in Class 4 have continued to explore their local environment this week, by taking photographs of interesting things they have seen around school. When they returned to class, they used the Pic Collage app to arrange and present their photographs. Here you can see some of their creations.

American Explorers!

Year 4 have today used Google Earth to explore famous American landmarks such as the Empire State Building, Mount Rushmore, Times Square, Golden Gate Bridge and the Grand Canyon. This is a part of our current Linked Learning topic which will see us travel Route 66 in the coming weeks.
