This week, Class 10 have been reading some of the stories of Jesus to identify key events. We started by reading the story of Jesus healing a paralysed man. We then worked in our tables to create a freeze frame of the story in as many ways as we could.

We had an amazing time at Activities Day with lots of crazy challenges! We did a bean bag toss to the long jump. We had a great try of everything. A lot of us loved the javelins. We can’t wait to do this again soon.
Year 4 had a delightful time at the Bridgewater Hall, playing along with the Halle orchestra. It was truly phenomenal. The highlight was certainly hearing them do the ET theme tune.
Year 5 got to have a fantastic time at the Great Science Share with 5 other schools. We sampled lots of other experiments before demonstrating our own. Our experiment was bicarbonate volcanoes. We had a lot of fun changing the amounts of ingredients to see what’d happen.

We had a great introduction to the Norwegian culture in Geography. We learned all about their countries geographical features as well as their school life and finally their common foods. we then sampled some delicious fish dishes inspired by Norwegian cuisine.
