6 lucky year 5 students took part in a 1600 year old tradition today as part of Operation Unicorn. This involved going to St Luke’s church in the center of Heywood and ringing the bells. For safety reasons, we just watched, but we described it as melodic, entrancing, and very calming.
It was a Historical moment in our countries history and we were proud to be a part of it.
