Hello Year 6 – we hope you’re well!
Below are the home learning activities for today.
English
- Read your reading book for at least 20 minutes today. This is one of the most important things to keep up at the moment. If you’re looking for any recommendations, email your class teacher with the names of some books you enjoyed and we’ll get back to you with a few ideas of new things you may enjoy!
- English Task Spelling sheet (see home learning packs) – focussing on the tricky spelling rules for ‘accommodate’ and ‘according’.
Maths
- Arithmetic Test, Summer 4 (second attempt). You should hopefully have identified on Tuesday a question you needed to practise and get this right today.
Extra activity
- Practise your timestables – this could be on TT Rockstars or Hit the Button if you have online access. If not, use a dice from a board game or make your own times table match up game cards.
