Today the children in Class 5 received some letters from some unusual characters. They were from Duncan’s crayons and they were not happy! We had to read the letters carefully to find out what was making them feel this way. It was a fun way to start our new text ‘The Day the Crayons Quit.’ I wonder if we will receive any more this week?

Library Visit
Year 4 visited Heywood Library this week. Children chose a range of books including comics, fantasy and historical. Children also chose books from topics we have done in class this year such as Vikings and Read more…
