In Science, Class 10 have been looking at States of Matter.
Last week, we went out onto the playground and became particles! Everything around us has particles but particles behave differently depending on if it’s a solid, liquid or gas.
In solids, particles are packed tightly together with little space in between. This means they cannot move much.
In liquids, the particles are more spaced out meaning they can flow easily and change shape.
In gases, the particles are even further spaced out so they can move more easily and spread into any available space.
