As part of our Linked Learning topic of WW2, we imagined being evacuee children during the war and leaving our families to go to the countryside. We acted out packing our suitcase, going on the train, being chosen by host families and the positive and negative thoughts on this. We then wrote letters home as evacuee children portraying our feelings of this experiences. We have also started writing letters this week in Literacy as Bruno from ‘The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas’, see some of our shared writes below!
