Class 9 Home Learning (Tuesday 21st April)

Good Morning Class 9.

Happy Tuesday- I hope you’re ready for a new day of fun home learning. 

Here are your tasks for today:

• PE with Joe:  Remember at 9 am every morning ‘The Body Coach’ will be posting live PE lessons on his YouTube channel. Start your day right with a burst of energy! 
• Daily Reading: (at least 15 minutes – please record in your reading record)
• Maths: Power Maths Unit 9 Lesson 6 Calculating Fractions of a Quantity (Book B Pg 109-111) Here’s the discover and Think Together guidance to help you: 
• English: Creative Writing – Task 1
• Fluency: Arithmetic Summer Test 1
• Science: Comparing Gases
• Something fun:
  • Can you create a secret code? You could use letters, numbers or pictures. Email it to me and I’ll see if I can work it out. Don’t forget to include a code breaker sheet telling what everything represents. I’m good but I’m not that good. 😆😂
  • Hold a photoshoot. Use a camera/mobile phone to take some snaps. Who or what will you photograph? A family member? Your pet? Your toys? Nature?
