Good Morning everyone,

You are nearly there it’s nearly the weekend and more so the holidays and time to relax, rewind and recharge.  This week is Mental Health week there were some activities put on earlier in the week but have a think about this.

With everything that’s going on right now, it can be hard to see how you can make a difference. But you can!

Even the smallest act of kindness can make a huge impact on somebody’s day. That’s why the theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘kindness’.

Think about the last time someone was kind to you. How did that make you feel – cared for? Connected? Part of a community?

In a socially distant world it is easy to feel a bit lonely. But by doing something nice for those around you, you can brighten up their day – and yours!

Today’s activities do some excercise – go for a walk, do Joe Wicks or maybe have a go at kids Yoga (cosmic yoga is a good one).

This afternoon – Carry on working on you sandwich hopefully some of you are at the point of making and eating your sandwich. Ready to evaluate it.

If I was going to make a sandwich i’d have it on a seedy baguette with roast chicken, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, red onion, advocado, mayonnaise and hot chilli sauce. Hmmmm that sounds lovely 🙂
