Year 2 Home Learning – Friday 10th July

Hello everyone, 

Here are today’s activities following your new learning pack.

Read 20 minutes of one of your school reading books or a book at home. Have a refresh of your RAMP reading skills and get an adult to ask you some questions about what you have read (who, what, why, when, how) 

Maths – To count on from any number. Fill in the missing numbers in the number square by counting forwards and back from the given numbers. 

Brain break time! Have some free play indoors or outdoors doing anything you choose.

English – Practice your comprehension skills by reading the Horrid Henry text from yesterday again and answering questions 7-12.

Optional activity – Do an observational drawing of something you can see in or outdoors.
