As part of Joe Wick’s aka ‘The Body Coach’ School Fitness Week, Year 5 got their kits on and took part in Wednesday’s live streamed workout! He took them through warm ups, running, star jumps, planks, squats, burpees and more! Everyone’s fitness levels were certainly put to the test. What a fun way to work out. Good job guys!!
