This week we celebrated Safer Internet Day with the theme: “Want to talk about it? Making space for conversations about life online.”
We talked about what we like to do online, creating an “Alpha-Net” with one activity for each letter of the alphabet, before working as a group to order some online activities from most dangerous to least dangerous. We had to explain our reasoning and convince others in the group of our opinions.
We we finished the lesson with a game of ‘snowball fight ’ – where discussion questions were screwed up into balls and thrown around the room. When the whistle went, somebody was chosen to read theirs out and we discussed them.
