We hope your week is going well so far, your learning for today is as follows..
English – LI: To write a sentence.
Can you write a sentence describing what a Ladybird looks like? What colour are Ladybirds? What pattern do they have on their back?
Maths – LI: To find number bonds to 10.
Cut out the number cards which is on the maths worksheet. Place the cards face down on the table in a pile (in two rows of five). Begin by turning over two cards. Do they total 10? If they do, place them to one side. If they do not, turn them face down again and try to find another number bond pair. Can you remember where each card is?
Challenge – Time yourself! How long does it take for you to find all the number bonds to 10?
Phonics – To read and colour in the tricky words.
Read the tricky words and colour them in using the clues on your phonics work sheet.
PSHE – To play an emotions board game.
Roll your dice and move your game piece that number of squares. Read the emotion written in the square and say a time when you have felt this emotion, eg, I feel happy when I am riding my bike.
