RE Workshop – Hinduism and their place of worship

As part of our learning journey exploring places of worship, we had a special visit from Cathy at Re on demand who planned a fantastic session for us about Hinduism. She brought a whole range of religious artefacts with her which every child could observe and discuss in term of its use and significance in a Hindu temple (Mandir).

Class 12 enjoyed putting their knowledge and understanding into practise and answered some fantastic questions to show of what they already knew. Some children then re enacted the story of Rama and Sita and the celebration of Diwali.
