This week in our Power Maths lessons we have been using counters and dienes to help us with our understanding of place value to 1,000. We enjoyed making different numbers with the maths resources and experimented different ways to partition different numbers. For example, 253 could be partitioned into 253 = 200 + 50 + 3 or 253 = 150 + 100 + 3. There are many different ways! Well done class 7!
