One of our whole school focuses is around Mental Health and well-being to promote awareness Andy knowledge of what people around us may be going through. Today, class 12 discussed what mental health is and we’re surprised at how many of their favourite celebrities have struggled with things like stress, anxiety and worry. We talked about ways to calm, ourselves down if we get upset or worked up and have been working out our breathing and yoga moves in order to stay happy and healthy.
