This week we have been discussing how we can look after our mental health as part of the wider Children’s Mental Health Week. We discussed basic things we can do to help such as: getting the right amount of sleep, minimising social media use, healthy eating and exercise.
The slogan this year for Children’s Mental Health Week is ‘Find your brave.’ Again, we talked about how some days that may just mean getting up and out of the house and on other days, this may be pushing out selves out of our comfort zones.
The children in Class 13 designed their own posters to help remind others how to care for themselves.
