Class 8 have been investigating the functions of the different parts of the plant. We looked closely at how water travels from the soil to all
the parts of the plant through the roots and the stem. We used a celery stick and coloured dye to see for ourselves how it travels. We should have red celery in a few days if our predictions are correct!
