Last week, in class 5, we visited Rochdale Fire ground. In Year 2, we learn about The Great Fire of London and the development of the Fire Service in the UK.
Our school trip was FANTASTIC! We learnt all about the fire service and refreshed our memories on The Great Fire of London. We got to tour the museum and look at some amazing fire engines. We even got to slide down a real firefighters pole.
We enjoyed trying on the Firefighter uniforms and sitting in the fire engine trucks.
What a great day!
