In Nursery we made pumpkin soup this week. We used our fine and gross motor skills to chop the pumpkin carefully into chunks then put them on a tray for roasting. Then the chunks were blended and cooked into a soup. We tasted our soup sitting outside enjoying the autumn sunshine. The children said the soup tasted ‘orange’ and ‘like apples’.
