Reception found some clues; giant googly eyes, claws and white feathers.
We discussed who they could belong to and discovered the story ‘Owl babies’. We read and discussed new vocabulary and created a text map to act out the story. We have been busy drawing and creating our own owls, as well as fact finding, using a non fiction text.
