We have been looking at Australian Aboriginal art. We have looked at different styles. We have used paint and felt tips. We really enjoyed doing it.

Taster session with Total Dance
Yesterday we got to do a session with Coach Helen from Total dance we we moving at different speeds, we were balancing and jumping. We had fun playing a game at the end.

Learning to make videos on the iPads.
Today we have been learning how to make videos using the iPads. We worked with our friends and made our own videos. We really enjoyed making and watching ourselves on the screen.

Fun in the snow
This afternoon we got wrapped up nice and warm and went out playing in the snow. We had lots of fun we built a snow family. We listened and explored. We loved playing.

Mad materials
Yesterday we were very lucky to have Scentific Sarah come into class 4 and teach us about different materials and how they react to each other. We looked at making eruption in 2 different ways and we also made slime. The children had a great time.

Honesty and the 10 commandments

In music we have been learning about jazz music. We have looked at how jazz came about where it originated. We have listened and appraised a range of songs and have played the glockenspiels and are learning to play the recorder .
