This week in RHE we have talked about sleep and why it is so important. We need sleep so our bodies can rest and grow.  We also discussed how we might know our bodies are tired, such as being grumpy, having no energy and yawning.

We all discussed what kind of things we do to start to ‘calm’ down and relax before bed time and spoke about they routine lots of us have before going to bed, such as brushing teeth, getting pajamas on and so on. Children put together a bed time routine acted it out e to get our ‘baby’ ready for bed so they were ready for a good nights sleep.
