Good morning Year 6! We hope you enjoyed your home learning and extra activities yesterday.
Here is a reminder of today’s tasks:

Reading book – 15 minutes

KS2 English SAT Buster 1 test per day

Grammar Book pages 30 – 31 Mixed Practice

Power Maths page 12 – 13 Angles in triangles (1)

There will be a sheet in your pack with support to find angles. Remember all angles in a triangle add up to 180 degrees. Use your protractor when you need to measure or draw angles. Here’s some more guidance for today’s task:

Geography – Draw a map of your local area to scale. Use the squared paper in your pack. Create your own symbols for a key. Make sure you include roads, buildings and green areas. You could add further details such as school, your friend’s house or your favourite shop.

Other ideas to keep busy:

  • Play a board game with your siblings or family.
  • Write your name down the middle of a piece of paper and write one wonderful thing about yourself with each letter. Add pictures and colours to show your personality.

Don’t forget you can join in with Joe Wick’s daily PE session at 9am each day and David Walliams is reading a short story each day. You can find the links below:
