Year 6 had the opportunity to meet our local firefighters on Friday afternoon. They discussed how to be safe on Bonfire night, the important stop, drop and roll routine (which we all tried) and other important safety information. Also, Miss Dytch and Miss McGowan demonstrated how to wear the uniforms and children enjoyed asking the firefighters about their job and what it involves.
