Creative Writing Task: Advertise Your Town!
This week you will complete a series of written tasks. Look in your pack for the dates at the top of the pages: these show you which task to complete on which day. Remember this task should take no more than 30 minutes. Plan your writing and think carefully about what you choose to include.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
Write a two-sided argument for and against news. Do you watch the news on TV? Do you perhaps read newspapers in your house? Give reasons why the reporting of news is good and important. Give a different opinion on what you might think the negatives are of so much news reporting. I would be very interested to hear what you think!
