English – LI: To write a character description.
Today you are going to introduce the story ‘The Gruffalo’ by Julia Donaldson.
Don’t worry if you don’t have this story at home there are some great online versions on YouTube or BBC i-player. Here are some of the links below or you can search for it yourself.

After you have read the story, you are going to write a character description of the Gruffalo. What words are used throughout the story to describe him?
Maths – LI: To order numbers to 20.
Can you cut out the numbers at the bottom of your worksheet and stick them into the correct order on the number track above?
Phonics – To practise reading and writing the letter ‘v’.
Can you say the name of the letter and practise forming that letter using the letter formation song? Pick a word which begins with that letter and put it into a sentence.
PE – To complete a cosmic kids yoga session.
You are going to complete a ‘Cosmic Kids Yoga’ session today for PE. Cosmic Kids can be found on youtube, I will also add the link below. Which story will you pick today?
