In Maths today, Class 9 had to search high and low to find different measuring cylinders – each one contained a key ingredient for a potion that we are currently planning in our English work.

The children needed to measure the quantities of each ingredient and convert these measurements from decimals to fractions of the whole.

I liked this lesson, me and my friend looked at all the different ingredients – there were unicorn tears, spider venom, troll snot, slug slime, dragons blood and bats blood

Glad you enjoyed it Gracie. You were very good at measuring the different amounts and converting them in to fractions, I was very impressed!
