Learning to Compromise

The final focus in our TEAM learning journey was Compromise. Compromise is key when working with others and avoiding disagreements. Class 12 were given the task of planning a party as a team. Once that party had been agreed on, the team had to join another team and combine their ideas. This meant compromising on their descriptions and choices for their final party plan. Class 12 demonstrated lots of team attributes such as listening, collaborating and being supportive.
