This morning, Class Eleven spent time looking at improper fractions and converting them to mixed fractions. We worked through various steps using counters, cubes and arrays to enable our learning. Working with others in the class helped us to discuss ideas, help each other and find out where we were going wrong. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we will be looking at converting mixed fractions to improper fractions later in the week.
