Good Morning Class 10!
Here are your tasks for today:
- Daily Reading (at least ten minutes – please record in your reading record)
- Maths: Power Maths Unit 10, Lesson 3 Tenths (3) (Pg 126) Here’s the Discover guidance to help you (and if you’re struggling, check out this video)
- English: Grammar – Be the Teacher (Speech Punctuation)
- Spelling: Rainbow writing.
- Fluency: Multiplication practise: Maths Frame or TT Rockstars.
- History: Continue your research into the Anglo Saxons or Vikings. Remember you need to include: a timeline showing when the Anglo-Saxon or Viking periods began and ended as well as information on:
- Where they came from
- What jobs they did
- What their houses looked like
- What they wore and the materials their clothes were made from
- What they ate
- Their religion (Who and how they worshipped)
- Key figures (Anglo-Saxon and Viking Kings)
- Key events and battles
- There is plenty of information out there on the internet but these websites may help:
- Something fun: Have a paper aeroplane competition. Compare different designs and see how well they fly and land. Send me a photo of your best design.
