Today we have been learning about Chinese New Year. We have learnt about zodiac signs and made our own Chinese dragons by colouring in, cutting and making paper chains for their bodies.

Yesterday we were very lucky to have Scentific Sarah come into class 4 and teach us about different materials and how they react to each other. We looked at making eruption in 2 different ways and we also made slime. The children had a great time.
We have been practising using our number bonds to ten and then counting on from ten to add single digit numbers this week. The children have enjoyed doing this in different ways using equipment and resources to support them.
