Well done to Charlie in Class 11 for coming runner up in the Rugby ball design competition! Many schools and children took part in designing a Christmas rugby ball for Rochdale Hornets. Charlie was so excited to win and meet the mascot – Hercules the Hornet!
Children and families of Classes 1 and 2 have been enjoying some festive fun at our Chistmas craft afternoons. Thank you to all the parents and carers who attended! Our next craft afternoon is Wednesday 19th December at 2.00pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
Class 1 have been hard at work making lovely sparkly tree decorations to sell at the Christmas fair.

Class 3 worked hard during Enterprise Week designing, making and evaluating a range of different products. We were very busy making Sock Snowmen, Christmas cards, Christmas gift bags and tags which we successfully sold at the Christmas Markets on Friday!
Last week, class 12 designed a range of products based around the use of buttons. They researched and designed different ideas before we made Christmas cards, hair bobbles, present labels and Christmas tree decorations.
We have had a very busy week designing and making Christmas stained glass stars and book marks for our enterprise stall. We have had lots of fun and are starting to feel rather Christmassy.
This week Class 5 have been busy designing and creating our fantastic Christmas gift tags. After researching existing products we created our own designs. Then, using a range of craft materials, we set to work making our tags. Make sure you visit our stall on Friday to get yours!
This week, it’s Enterprise Week at Harwood Park! Class 10 have been preparing all week for the fair on Friday and we can’t wait to show you what we have to offer. Additionally, we have created a business, logo and slogan to go with our product. We’d like to present Read more…
This afternoon Class 13 worked hard putting the finishing touches to their pom poms. They made them into snowmen, animals and monsters! They are available to buy at the Christmas Market on Friday night. See you there!
